What is ever-changing food?
Exactly what it sounds like; never the same thing twice. Chameleon serves up different dishes every single day.
The name, Chameleon, comes from simply wanting to adapt our menu to the day, the mood, the occasion (or for any reason). In addition to our ever-changing menu, we also have our own line of spices and rubs/seasonings/sauces.
Our Menu Does Change But If you Don't See Your Favorite Just ask. If you have special food needs or concerns We have a dietitian on board to Answer any of your Questions

We're a mobile food trailer that does everything from private parties to public gatherings, fairs, and craft shows. Chameleon has been around since the summer of 2016.
We've been serving Erie County and surrounding areas since the summer of 2016
We're passionate about food; our team includes a registered dietitian to ensure everything is both delicious and nutritious.
